For major reasons I will have to go back to Germany and reset my workshop there.
This is why I will sell my magnificent and awesome home in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain. There is nothing wrong with the building. It has been a perfect environment for me and I absolutely appreciate it. I would not have moved in without making sure that I can live there happily. It is situated in the ancient convent of the Ursulines, dating from the 17th century.
This part of the convent includes the ancient kitchen. The living space with its wonderful view down to the valley has been a wonderful shelter, surrounded by beauty and silence.
The village is very charming and my unique propertiy opens up to your ideas because there is plenty of space and even a garden. Owing to my time consuming activity I had no time to grow vegetables. So you are welcome to engage yourself into gardening!
